Asus X54L-BBK4 is the cheapest i3 powered laptop

Asus has just announced the X54L-BBK4 a.k.a. the cheapest laptop with the Intel Sandy Bridge i3 processor. The processor isn’t the only thing you’ll be looking for as the other specs really sound good.

asus x54l bbk4 Asus X54L BBK4 is the cheapest i3 powered laptopThe Asus X54L-BBK is a 15.6″ 1366×768 laptop that comes with the 2.2GHz dual-core Intel Sandy Bridge i3-2330M processor, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD and a DVD drive. These specs may be enough for those who need to get things done. That is why the X54L is the cheapest Sandy Bridge laptop out there and it also comes with a 64-bit version of Windows Home Premium OS. The case is made out of plastic (sorry, no alloy here) and it houses USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, HDMI out, VGA out and a VGA webcam.

It’s not the lightest laptop as it weighs 5.73 pounds and is 1.38″ thick. The Asus X54L-BBK is already available in the US for $ 429.99 and for that kind of money users can get a lot of portable computing.

It may not be the best looking, the lightest and the thinnest, but the X54L will appeal to those who really want to complete daily tasks.
